What is the return and exchange policy?

Because each ISOHOPE item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Are purchases considered final sale?

Yes. All items are considered final sale due to our made-to-order production model. This helps reduce waste and overproduction. That said, if there’s an issue with your order (damage, defect, or wrong item), we’ll absolutely fix it.

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

No. We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all ISOHOPE orders. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

Where are your products manufactured?

ISOHOPE products are printed and fulfilled through our partner network, with facilities primarily in the United States and internationally. Your order is produced at the location closest to you whenever possible to ensure faster delivery.

What size should I get?

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Fit can vary slightly by item. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit or down for a more fitted look.
